Applications are now open for the Turkish Communication Program for Public Officials and Academicians (KATİP) for the 2026–2027 academic year.

Applications can be submitted online between April 15 and June 1, 2026 via the official platform: https://tbbs.turkiyeburslari.gov.tr

The program is organized by the Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB) and aims to enhance participants’ linguistic and professional skills.

In addition to individual applications, the university may nominate candidates. Candidates nominated by the university will be given priority consideration.
