As part of the development of international cooperation, the Rector of Comrat State University, Doctor, Associate Professor Serghei Zaharia, paid a working visit to Istanbul to conduct negotiations and conclude bilateral agreements with leading educational institutions of Türkiye.
During the visit, a meeting was held with the Rector of Marmara University, Professor Mehmet Emin Okur, during which the parties discussed prospects for academic cooperation, joint educational programs, and scientific projects. Following the negotiations, an agreement was reached on the further development of partnership relations between the universities.
The Rector of USC also visited the Faculty of Natural Sciences of Marmara University, where a meeting took place with the Dean of the Faculty, Professor Ali Rıza Özkaya. The parties discussed opportunities for implementing joint scientific initiatives, exchanging experience, and cooperation in the field of biological research.
As part of the visit, the delegation became acquainted with the laboratories and departments of the Faculty of Biology and also met with professors and university administration representatives. The Rector of USC noted the high level of hospitality, professionalism, and interest shown by Turkish colleagues in the development of joint projects.
