01.06.2022 a delegation from the Embassy of Hungary in the Republic of Moldova visited Comrat State University within the framework of international cooperation: Gabor Baar, Attache, Consul; Fülöp-Gabor Andras, First Secretary; Mate György Vygoczki, Expert on Russia, Center for Geopolitics; Csongor Balazs VERESS, Researcher, Center for Geopolitics; Barnabas Heincz, Columnist, Business and Strategy; Joci Vescei, PhD candidate, researcher, MCC, Mathias Corvinus Collegium, an educational institution supporting young talents from primary school till post-doctor level.
During the visit, the rector of CSU, Serghei Zaharia, Ph.D., Associate Professor and Gabor Baar, Attache, Consul, Embassy of Hungary in the Republic of Moldova, discussed issues of cooperation between CSU and Hungarian Educational Institutions.
Among the areas of cooperation that were discussed during the meeting and special attention was paid to the following:
- advanced training for university staff, including through joint webinars;
- providing programs for students who wish to study in Hungary;
- mutual participation in conferences, including indirectly by posting articles, reports in published collections of conference materials and university websites;
- joint implementation of developed projects or international programs.
This cooperation is in line with international practice, with the aim of further developing the educational and research work of the Comrat State University and Hungarian Universities, and will also become the basis for collaboration between them.
During the meeting, the CSU administration and representatives of the Hungarian Embassy in the Republic of Moldova agreed to develop mutual cooperation in various areas of University life on the basis of equality and mutual interests, including all members of the University community - teachers, students, and other employees.
