On the 28th of Juny, 2022 a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Comrat State University https://kdu.md/, Republic of Moldova, represented by its Rector, PhD. Assoc. Prof. Serghei ZAHARIA and The Gori State Teaching University https://www.gu.edu.ge/en/, Georgia, represented by its Rector, Prof. Giorgi SOSIASHVILI, wishing to develop friendly and cooperative relations in the fields of education and research, to cooperate with the terms under which they will accomplish activities in order to contribute to the development of their common objectives for mutual benefit, have concluded the present International Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
The purpose of this memorandum is to develop cooperation in the field of education and research, to promote mutual understanding between Universities. Both of them will search for the cooperation in the field of education and research in areas of mutual interest, will encourage direct contact and cooperation between academic staff, faculties, departments, research institutions and students.
Common activities will include:
- Exchange of students, teachers, research and administrative staff in the frame of Erasmus+.
- Cooperation in research and science.
- Exchange of academic materials, publications and information.
- Other academic and scientific activities of mutual interest.
The activities carried out under this Memorandum will be initiated primarily by the academic units at each University and in coordination with their respective administrative units involved in international activities.
