THIS AGREEMENT was signed on 09/06/2022 by Serghei ZAHARIA, PhD. Associate Professor, Rector of Comrat State University https://kdu.md/en/ and Prof. Dr. Ömer PAKİŞ, Rector of Hakkari University https://www.hakkari.edu.tr/ so as to enhance cooperation between the two universities.
Comrat State University and Hakkari University recognize their desire to engage in cooperative educational and research activities for mutual benefits of both institutions, to promote the enrichment of their teaching and learning and research and discovery missions, to strengthen and expand the mutual contacts between the two universities, to provide for a variety of collaborative opportunities for faculty and students at the two universities on the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth.
Scope of Agreement - This Agreement shall commemorate the parties’ intent to enter into but not be limited to, the following types of collaboration:
- Short and Long-Тerm Faculty Exchange;
- Undergraduate and Graduate Student Exchange;
- Collaborative Research and Discovery, Learning and Teaching;
- Other mutually agreed educational or research programs.
The purpose of this memorandum is to develop cooperation in education, scientific research and to promote mutual understanding between the two Universities.
Activities carried out under this Agreement will be initiated primarily by academic units at each University and in coordination with their respective administrative units dealing with international activities.
