On October 25, the public lecture “Relations between the Republic of Poland and the Republic of Moldova in the Geopolitical Context” took place at Comrat State University. The lecture was delivered in English by the Ambassador of Poland in Moldova, Mr. Tomasz Kobzdej.
The topic aroused great interest among the students, for it was devoted to Moldovan-Polish relations in the geopolitical aspect, legal and economic issues related to the implementation of the European strategy for the development of high-tech, environmentally friendly and safe global relationships in such areas as education and research, implementation of European projects. Students asked questions and received relevant answers. The discussion was constructive.
Mr. Ambassador expressed his gratitude to the administration of Comrat State University for the invitation to hold this public lecture and mentioned that there is certain logic in the program of Polish assistance for the implementation of projects - investments in science and youth provide great prospects for the future.
After the completion of the public lecture, the rector of the university, Sergei Zakharia, presented a letter of gratitude to Mr. Tomasz Kobzdej. He was happy to receive it.
