The purpose of this event was to engage youth in the decision-making process, increase trust in political figures in the Republic of Moldova, and identify issues faced by young people at the local level. The Territorial Information Bureau of the Parliament in Comrat organized the meeting with the support of Comrat State University. During the discussion, CSU students and master’s students were able to ask the Deputy questions, express their opinions, and share personal stories about how youth can influence political processes in the country. Mr. Eugen SINKEVICI emphasized the importance of active youth participation in the life of society in our country, noting that their voice can significantly change the situation both at the local and national levels. He also presented several initiatives aimed at supporting youth, such as educational programs and internships in public institutions. The informational seminar also addressed the benefits our country could gain on the path to EU integration. Participants actively discussed the problems their peers face, including employment, education, and social services.
