Professors and students of Comrat State University (CSU) participated in the celebrations dedicated to International Education Day and Teacher's Day in the Republic of Moldova 2024

On October 6, 2024, CSU professors took part in the official event celebrating International Education Day and Teacher's Day in the Republic of Moldova, as well as the Gala Concert for the winners of the Republican competition "Teacher of the Year" 2024. The professors were congratulated by Mrs. Maia Sandu, President of the Republic of Moldova; Mr. Dan Perciun, Minister of Education and Research of the Republic of Moldova; and Mrs. Liliana Nicolaescu-Onofrei, Chairwoman of the Parliamentary Commission for Culture, Education, Research, Youth, Sports, and Media, Parliament of the Republic of Moldova. The event's festive atmosphere was enhanced by a concert featuring exquisite music. CSU extends its heartfelt gratitude to all the professors who remain dedicated to their profession with devotion and professionalism! CSU is proud of its graduates, who, through their perseverance and loyalty, uphold the good name of the University, promoting quality education in the Autonomous Territorial Unit of Gagauzia, and the Republic of Moldova as a whole. On October 8, 2024, the Rector of CSU, Assoc. Prof., Dr., congratulated the faculty on the occasion of Teacher’s Day in the Republic of Moldova. In his congratulatory speech, the Rector expressed deep appreciation to the teachers for their hard work and dedication in educating and nurturing the younger generation, highlighting that, thanks to their professionalism, wisdom, and constant drive for improvement, they are shaping the future of the Republic of Moldova and the Autonomous Territorial Unit of Gagauzia, making invaluable contributions to the development of society. The professors were also congratulated by the Deans and students of the Economic, Law, Agrarian-Technological, and National Culture faculties. In honor of this professional holiday, CSU professors and staff were awarded Honorary Diplomas from the Government of the Republic of Moldova and the Ministry of Education and Research of the Republic of Moldova:

The festive event included a concert with congratulatory vocal and choreographic numbers prepared by CSU students under the guidance of teachers and mentors of the Department of Culture and Arts of CSU
