The Rector of Comrat State University, Assoc. Prof., PhD, Serghei Zaharia, , continues active negotiations on the establishment of the Bulgarian Language and Culture Center. As part of this process, the university was visited by the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Bulgaria to the Republic of Moldova, Maya Dobreva, on an official visit. During the meeting with the CSU leadership, issues of bilateral cooperation, academic exchange, and further steps for the opening of the Bulgarian Language and Culture Center were discussed. Particular attention was paid to the prospects of joint educational and cultural projects aimed at preserving and developing Bulgarian heritage in the region. Following the meeting, both parties expressed confidence in the successful implementation of the planned initiatives.
