The Administration of Comrat State University congratulates Associate Professor, Doctor Serghei CARA, on being awarded the scientific degree of Habilitated Doctor in Agricultural Sciences, in accordance with the decision of the Governing Board of the National Agency for Quality Assurance in Education and Research of the Republic of Moldova (No. 4 of April 11, 2025). This significant scientific achievement is the result of many years of dedicated work, a high level of professionalism, and personal commitment to the development of agricultural science. The defense of the habilitation thesis entitled “Scientific substantiation and development of grape production technology elements in the agro-ecological conditions of the ATU Gagauzia” (specialty 411.07. Viticulture, dated December 27, 2024) is of special importance for the agricultural sector of the ATU Gagauzia region and makes a substantial contribution to the advancement of science in the Republic of Moldova.
