In accordance with the plan of scientific activities of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology, on May 12, 2025, the annual and already traditional Intra-University Psychology Olympiad was held for students of pedagogical specialties at Comrat State University.
The event was organized by the lecturers of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology — Assoc. Prof., PhD, Liudmila Chior and Assoc. Prof., PhD, Larisa Horozova. The purpose of the Olympiad: to stimulate students' educational, cognitive, and research activity; to develop young people's creative abilities; to create conditions for supporting students interested in in-depth study of psychology; and to foster motivation for professional pedagogical activity.
The Olympiad consisted of three stages:
- Stage I — a test;
- Stage II — a practical task, including the analysis of a video fragment;
- Stage III — self-analysis of cognitive mental processes.
The tasks were aimed at assessing theoretical knowledge, logical abilities, and students’ capacity to apply psychological concepts in solving practical and creative problems.
Based on the results, the winners of the Olympiad were determined. Out of 20 participants, the prize places were awarded to:
- O. Krudu (group AN-24)
- A. Deli (group AN-24)
- V. Shchegolev (group PM-24)
