Academic mobility of teaching staff for educational purposes is becoming increasingly important and relevant today. Firstly, academic mobility provides opportunities for professional and personal development. Secondly, teachers participating in academic mobility often implement new ideas, teaching methodologies, and research approaches in their institutions. This positively influences the quality of education offered to students, as well as the overall reputation and competitiveness of the university. Thirdly, academic mobility contributes to the development of international research cooperation and partnerships. On May 7, 2025, within the framework of academic mobility at the Faculty of National Culture, an open lecture was held for students of the specialty "Primary Education. Preschool Pedagogy" by Turkish professors Dr. Cıġdem Șahın, Dr. Emel Sarıtaş, and Dr. Gülözge Türköz from Turkish higher education institutions — Pamukkale University and Kırşehir Ahi Evran University — on the topic "Intelligence and Intellectual Games." The lecture was conducted at a high pedagogical and methodological level. The professors presented new knowledge on the topic logically, clearly, and convincingly, using elements of problem-based learning, case methods, and game-based methods to stimulate students' thinking. During the interactive lecture, students were engaged in the process of learning and mastering new material not as passive listeners, but as active participants.
