A significant event took place at Comrat State University — the signing of the Collective Labor Agreement, which represents an important step in strengthening the foundations of social partnership and corporate ethics within the institution. This strategic document not only regulates labor relations but also establishes a solid basis for open and constructive dialogue within the university community.
The document was signed by the representatives of the parties: Serghei Zaharia, Rector of the University, Doctor of Sciences, Associate Professor, and Olga Coșeleva, Chair of the Primary Trade Union Organization of CSU employees, Doctor of Sciences.
The ceremony was held with the participation of members of the working and negotiation groups whose diligent efforts made it possible to develop balanced provisions that take into account the interests of every employee. The new agreement is not merely a formality but a declaration of the university’s values, reaffirming the principles of social partnership, protection of employees’ rights, promotion of equality, and support for the continuous professional development of academic and administrative staff.
