On June 9, 2026, a meeting was held at Comrat State University between the Rector of CSU, Doctor, Associate Professor, and the Coordinator of the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TİKA) in the Republic of Moldova, Mr. Murat Zelan.
During the meeting, the parties discussed prospects for further cooperation between Comrat State University and TİKA, as well as opportunities for implementing joint projects aimed at strengthening the university’s educational, scientific, and material-technical capacities.
Special attention was given to supporting educational initiatives, modernizing academic infrastructure, equipping classrooms with modern technology, and expanding international cooperation and academic mobility opportunities for students and academic staff.
The Rector of CSU emphasized the importance of the partnership with TİKA and expressed gratitude for the support provided to educational projects in the region. In turn, TİKA Coordinator Murat Zelan reaffirmed the agency’s interest in developing cooperation with the university and exploring new areas of collaboration.
At the conclusion of the meeting, both parties agreed to continue their dialogue and work on concrete initiatives aimed at enhancing the educational potential of Comrat State University.
