On June 16, 2026, an online meeting was held between representatives of Comrat State University (CSU) and Eskişehir Technical University (ESTU, Republic of Türkiye) to discuss prospects for the development of bilateral cooperation in education, science, and academic mobility.

During the meeting, the main areas of activity of both universities were presented, and opportunities for implementing joint educational and research projects, as well as prospects for participation in international academic exchange programs, were discussed.

Welcome addresses were delivered by Prof. Dr. Adnana Özcan, Rector of Eskişehir Technical University, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Serghei Zaharia, Rector of Comrat State University.

As a result of the negotiations, an online signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and the Erasmus+ KA171 Inter-Institutional Agreement was held. The signing of these documents opens new opportunities for the development of student and staff academic mobility, exchange of experience, implementation of joint research projects, and strengthening of international ties between the universities.

Comrat State University continues to actively develop international cooperation, creating new opportunities for the professional and academic growth of students and academic staff.
