
The defence of the final qualification work is a very responsible and important day in the life not only of each student, but also of the whole department.
On 21-22 May 2024 at the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology was held the defence of master's theses of students of the II cycle of education-master's degree, specialisation "Educational Management".
As it was marked by the state commission all master's theses are based on a good level of possession of methods of scientific gathering and processing of the information, are actual character and have an important applied value for modern system of education
A wide palette of various aspects of activity of the manager of educational institution was reflected in the researches carried out by students:

- Mitioglo A. "Management of the process of professional adaptation of young specialists in an educational institution";
- Roshka A. "Activity of the head of educational institution on prevention of pedagogical conflicts";
- Uzun I. "The system of continuous physical education of students as a means of their development and health preservation";
- Kara A. "Formation of professional competences of teachers of early education institutions in self-educational activity";
- Lelyukhin L. "The role of the manager of an educational institution in the formation of socio-psychological climate of the pedagogical team";

The overwhelming number of the defended works were recommended for implementation in the sphere of pedagogical practice, which speaks about their undoubted quality, not only as independent theoretical researches, but also practical significance of the generalised conclusions and formulated proposals.
The State Attestation Commission noted in master's theses not only deep scientific content, but also competent organisation of experimental work on the problems of research. The presented practical material was also of great interest: multimedia presentations, publications of articles by students together with their supervisors.
All this allows us to conclude that the training of Master's students in the educational programme "Educational Management" is at a high level.
