On April 15, 2025, Comrat State University (CSU) had the honor of welcoming a delegation from Aksaray University (Turkey), which included: Rector, Professor Dr. Alpay Arıbaş; specialist of the Research and Training Clinic, Dr. Füsun Zeynep Arıbaş; and International Relations Coordinator, Professor Dr. Melayib Bilgin. During the visit, a bilateral cooperation agreement was signed, providing for the implementation of joint scientific projects, exchange of students and teaching staff, and the organization of scientific and cultural events. In response to this visit, on May 23, 2025, the Rector of Comrat State University, Assoc. Prof., PhD Serghei Zaharia, headed an official delegation to Aksaray University. He was accompanied by lecturers from the Department of Music of the Faculty of National Culture: Irina Poidolova, Tatiana Șciogoleva, Olga Terzi, and Domna Mavrodi. During the meeting with the Rector of Aksaray University, Professor Dr. Alpay Arıbaş, as well as with vice-rectors and the university secretary, the parties discussed opportunities to expand cultural and academic cooperation. In a friendly atmosphere, mutual wishes for strengthening the partnership were expressed. The meeting concluded with an exchange of commemorative gifts and a photo session. Professor Arıbaş expressed his satisfaction with the CSU delegation's visit, emphasizing the importance of international relations that foster cultural exchange and lay the groundwork for future academic initiatives. Comrat State University expresses its gratitude to Aksaray University for the warm reception and interest in developing mutually beneficial cooperation.
