On March 28-29, 2024, consortium meeting was held as part of the ERASMUS+ project UPGRADE – “Enhancing Graduates’ Employability Tracking in Moldova” (ref. No. 101129166), co-financed by the European Union. The event took place in a hybrid format.
Members of the project management institutional teams from Moldovan and European partners participated in the consortium meeting: Coordonator - Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova, Moldova State University? “Ion Creanga” State Pedagogical University, Alecu Ruso State University of Balti, Cahul State University, Comrat State University, European Institute for Initiatives, Reforms and Education „ASPIRE” and “1 Decembrie 1918” University of Alba Iulia.
Comrat State University was represented by the project coordinator, Dr., associate professor Tatiana Rakovchena and the member of the working group Dr., associate professor Nadejda Ianioglo.
On the first day of the consortium meeting, the project's grand coordinator, Vice-Rector for International Relations and European Projects at ASEM, Dr. Olesia SIRBU, presented the general and specific objectives of the UPGRADE project and the expected outcomes. The consortium discussed the organizational structure, roles and responsibilities of partners within the project, the operational plan, task distribution among partners, and approved the work schedule.
The second day focused on financial management of the project, reporting rules and models, adoption of specific procedures and mechanisms for organizing study visits, and equipment procurement. In addition, special attention was given to project promotion at the institutional, national and international levels.
