Within the framework of the National Scientific-Practical Conference „The role of education in the training of competitive specialists. Student research - 2024", which took place on April 26, current, were organized the things of Section 1. „Psychological and pedagogical aspects of the educational process in educational institutions". The event was attended by teachers, scientific and teaching staff, scientific researchers and practitioners in the field of educational sciences, doctoral students, master students, students, representatives of the labour market, etc.
The main aim of the activity in the section was to highlight the most important achievements and results of the investigations carried out by students in collaboration/guidance with teachers, scientific coordinators and implemented in educational institutions. Approximately 40 people participated in the work of the section, including students from the first cycle (bachelor) and second cycle (master) of higher education, representatives from nine higher education institutions from Moldova, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstanб Ukraine, Russia; students from the College „M. Chachir" from mun. Comrat and university teachers. The final results of the research were presented by 12 speakers, students of the Comrat State University and students of the first year of the „M. Chachir", mun. Comrat.
The activity of the section was facilitated by the moderators of the section: Maria Ianioglo, Ph. Assoc. Prof. and Bratan Irina, gr. stud. MOM-23. Communications and discussions focused on elucidating current problems, achievements and development prospects in the field of education, highlighting the many problems of professional training of teachers. During the scientific event, the participants addressed such important topics as:
- Modern problems and prospects of promoting quality education: Adescenco Valentina;
- Current problems of educational process management: Slav Antonina;
- issues of pedagogy and inclusive education, family and educational institutions partnerships; Avramova Maria;
- problems of professional skills development of teachers: Cara Anastasia. Mihailova Elena;
- ICT, modern tools and other methods/tools used in optimizing the educational process: Jelezova Alena, Nacioglo Tatiana, Cebotari Valentina;
- problems of interpersonal communication, psychological climate in the educational environment, well-being, bullying problem, etc.: Balova Anastasia, Stoianoglo Tatiana, Bogdan Anna, Hristeva Valentina.
The participants of the scientific discussion noted that in modern society the role and importance of the scientific creative potential of teaching staff as well as students is increasing. The modern student is a real active subject of his/her own education and professional, research and educational practice-oriented development.
The participants of the sectional session at the conference noted that this event makes it possible to update the research field of university students, teachers and other specialists, thus contributing to the development of critical thinking, research skills and contributing to their comprehensive development. individual development. The work of the section has created as a kind of discussion platform for students, allowing them to test the results of their scientific research as part of their bachelor and master research.
The organization of such events and publications based on their results is a positive and promising practice in the activities of the academic staff of the Pedagogy and Psychology Department and contributes to the formation of a comprehensively developed personality of the learner, international integration in the creative scientific process of young scholars.
