From September 9, 2024, to September 21, 2024,Oxana Kurteva, dr., assoc. prof., conducted professional development courses with the teachers of M. Cakir College (mun. Comrat, Republic of Moldova). These courses were organized as part of the implementation of the subproject "Creating Modern Conditions for Training Competitive Human Capital in the Labor Market" (PISM - Higher Education Project in Moldova). The college announced a competition for participation as trainers on several topics, one of which was "Assessment of Academic Outcomes, Portfolio Development, and Projects in Modern Didactics." Over the course of two weeks, two groups of educators from M. Cakir College (mun. Comrat, Republic of Moldova) were engaged in active interaction to assimilate the proposed content. The classes included theoretical and practical material organized as practice-oriented seminars, interactive exercises, and practical sessions on mastering digital resources, allowing educators to successfully implement formative and summative assessment. The teachers became acquainted with Plickers, Online Test Pad, Genially, Mentimeter, and other student testing tools. All educational material was systematized using the Padlet resource, enabling learners to engage in joint information assimilation and to organize all course material. The proposed educational material was presented through dynamic presentations in Prezi, Genially, Canva, and mind maps in Xmind and Mindomo. In the final survey, participants noted the relevance of the program, its practice-oriented nature, and the accessible presentation style.
