This program was created specifically for young professionals. Participating students receive mentoring from top experts, learn about current vacancies and develop key skills for the labor market, participate in group mentoring sessions, career development master classes and SpeedMatching meetings with employers. Participants are divided into groups and assigned to specific mentors based on the results of the questionnaire and taking into account their interests. On November 15, the first meeting of participants, mainly from the Faculty of Economics, with mentor Olesya Kovrik, field assistant of Helvetas Swiss Cooperation in Republic of Moldova, took place.
