On November 28 and 29, the teachers of the Faculty of National Culture took an active part in the V International Pedagogical Forum "Dynamic Development of the Education System in Modern Conditions: Stimulating Educational Environment" organized by the General Department of Education of the ATU Gagauzia in partnership with Comrat State University, Ion Creanga State Pedagogical University and the M.V. Marunevici Research Center.

This event became an important platform for exchanging experiences and discussing modern challenges in the educational sphere. The forum emphasized the importance of creating a stimulating educational environment that promotes the development of creative thinking, critical approach and cooperation with all participants in the educational space.

On the first day of the educational event, a plenary session was held. Leading experts spoke at it, presenting reports reflecting modern trends, challenges and prospects for the development of the educational sphere. Particular attention was paid to the issues of introducing new technologies, improving the quality of teachers' training and creating favorable conditions for learning. The Rector of Comrat State University, S. Zaharia, Doctor, Associate Professor, delivered a welcoming speech at the plenary meeting. He emphasized the need to implement innovations in the modern education system, as well as the importance of cooperation between Comrat State University and the General Department of Education of the ATU Gagauzia.

During the forum, not only theoretical aspects were discussed, but also practical approaches that had already proven their effectiveness. The participants had the opportunity to exchange experiences, ask questions and share their achievements, which made the event especially productive and useful.

On the second day, the work was organized in 12 sections, the topics of which reflected the entire spectrum of areas of the educational space. The following CSU teachers acted as co-moderators of the sections: O. Curteva, M. Ianioglo, L. Chior, T. Şciogoleva, G. Levintii, G. Mutaf, T. Velicova, A. Chirdeachin, L. Boicova, O. Mititelu. This format of communication helps to strengthen the professional community and inspires further development of the education system.

The forum has become a platform for interaction between experts, teachers, heads of educational institutions and all those who are actively involved in the process of modernizing the education system. Such events allow teachers to jointly find effective ways to implement innovative solutions in education. We are confident that the ideas and practices obtained at the forum will be reflected in the educational process of each educational institution, helping to develop an educational environment focused on the success of each learner.
