During the visit, various activities were organized to strengthen academic collaboration and cultural exchange.
On December 12, 2024, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Eylem Dereli delivered a conference titled "The Critical Approach in the Works of Mehmet Akif Ersoy." The event brought together a significant audience interested in both the academic and cultural aspects of the topic. The event was moderated by Dr. Burcu Yılmaz Çebin from CSU/ESOGÜ.
The honorary guests of the conference included the Consul General of the Republic of Türkiye in Comrat, Mr. Adnan Hayal, and CSU Vice-Rector for Scientific Activities and International Relations, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Svetlana Ghenova. They emphasized the importance of educational events for the region and the university in particular. At the end of the event, following the closing remarks by Dr. Kudret Safa Gümüş, Coordinator for International Relations and Turkey at CSU and a lecturer at Aksaray University, certificates of appreciation were presented to the participants. The commitment to further developing academic collaboration between the universities was also highlighted.
Such events provide an important platform not only for the exchange of academic knowledge but also for strengthening intercultural interaction. It is particularly noteworthy that this event was held as part of the Educational Diplomacy Seminars organized under the auspices of the Education Department of the Embassy of the Republic of Türkiye in Chișinău, emphasizing its significance in strengthening academic and cultural ties between countries.
Comrat State University, by continuing to organize such events aimed at enhancing international cooperation, supports not only the exchange of academic knowledge and experience but also cultural diplomacy. We believe that this visit will further strengthen the ties between the universities and open up new opportunities for collaboration.
