On February 14, 2022 Agreement about cooperation was signed between Comrat State University (Comrat, Republic of Moldova) https://kdu.md/, represented by the Rector, PhD Associate Professor Serghey Zaharia, that operates under the Charter of the University and Hryhorii Skovoroda University in Pereiaslav (Pereiaslav, Ukraine) https://uhsp.edu.ua/  represented by Rector, Professor Vitalii Kotsur, that operates under the Charter of the University.

Agreement about cooperation was also signed between the Faculty of Economics of Comrat State University represented by the Dean, PhD Associate Professor Liudmila Todorich and the Faculty of Financial, Economic and Vocational Education of Hryhorii Skovoroda University in Pereiaslav represented by the Dean, PhD Associate Professor Svitlana Kucherenko.

Object of the Agreement

The subject of these agreements is to establish and develop cooperation between the parties in the field of education, science and culture, to ensure a high level of scientific and teaching materials, the quality of training at state requirements through the effective use of educational, methodical and scientific potential of two leading Universities.

Cooperation includes:

• exchanging of teaching staff and researchers for the purpose of training, lecturing, conducting joint educational and research activities;
• arranging of joint conferences and seminars on agreed topics, exchange of scientific literature, providing university staff with an opportunity to publish research papers and results of joint research activities in magazines and journals of the universities;
• joining participation in international academic programs, implementation of joint research work in the frames of international grants;
• cooperating in organization of the students and postgraduates exchanging programs aimed at studying, internship, industrial practice, research work;
• exchanging of experience on organization of the educational process on related specialties;
• developing of joint projects for winning grants of international and national programs;
• conducting of public lectures, seminars, workshops, symposiums, study tours, consultations and other events that take place on mutual grounds;
• joining development of methodological and information support of educational process, preparation and publication of textbooks and other methodological issues, including the ones in the electronic format.

The activities carried out under these agreements will be initiated primarily by the academic staff at each University and in coordination with their respective administrative units engaged in international activities.
