ERASMUS+ PROGRAM ON STUDENT EDUCATIONAL MOBILITY .

 

APPLICATION CALENDAR

Application start date: May 22, 2024.

Application deadline : June 7, 2024.

Examination date : June 12, 2024 .

Announcement of placement results : June 13, 2024 .

 

Place of application : International Office .

 

HOW TO APPLY?

 

This announcement is only for students who want to study in the fall semester of 2024-2025 academic year at Anadolu University, Eskisehir. The total quota of the GRANT is 1 student. In this context, 1 main and 1 reserve candidate will be selected for the grant. Desired students can apply for selection WITHOUT GRANT if they fulfill the conditions of the application.

All application, selection and placement procedures will be carried out in person at the International Relations Department of Comrat State University and the Turkish office.

If there are any deficiencies in the information and documents to be submitted with the application, the candidate's application will be considered invalid.

Mail, e-mail, etc. outside the specified date range. Applications submitted in any form will not be accepted.

No changes can be made after submission of application.

In the post-election period and in cases of conflict, the conditions contained in this application and the provisions of the law will be taken into account.

The candidate whose application is successful will be awarded a grant to cover his/her expenses in Turkey.

Grants are not intended to cover all activity-related expenses of students, but are only a contribution. The grant may not be sufficient to cover all your expenses during your stay in Turkey.

Selection Criteria :

For students from partner countries, the criteria are as follows:

  1. be enrolled in one of the full-time programs (including evening programs)

at the home university and not in the graduation stage. Complete the first

semester, excluding preparatory courses at the home university.

  1. If you have participated in one of the Lifelong Learning Program / Erasmus+ programs in the current year.

(BA, MA, PhD), the total duration of the mobility cannot exceed 12 months, including intended activities.

  1. GPA for undergraduate students: minimum 2.20 on a 4.00 average

GPA for master's and PhD students: minimum 2.50 on 4.00

  1. Have a document proving proficiency in English or Turkish at least B1 level.
  2. All student applicants are listed in descending order according to their Erasmus+ ranking.

The score calculated by adding the % 50 of the average score of the secondary school certificate and the % 50 of the foreign language score, and are nominated

starting from the top of the list for the available quota.

  1. 10 points for each mobility will be deducted from the Erasmus+ ranking score for students who have

have benefited from a lifelong learning program / Erasmus+ programs in the current cycle

with or without a grant.

  1. Students with special needs will have 10 points added to their Erasmus ranking score. (Only if

documented)

  1. 10 points are deducted from the Erasmus ranking score if the student's nationality is the same as the nationality of the

host country

  1. 10 points are deducted from the Erasmus ranking score if the selected student does not participate in the

mobility without a waiver.

  1. In case of applying for more than one type of mobility at the same time, 10 points will be

deducted from the Erasmus+ ranking score for the mobility that the student has chosen.

  1. Dual specialization students may apply for only one of the specializations in the same application.

EVALUATION CRITERIA AND WEIGHTED SCORES

 

Academic achievement level 50%

Language level 50%

Students with disabilities (if documented disability) +10 Points.

Students under the protection and care of the state (if documented) +10 Points.

Previous mobility users (for each activity with or without a grant) -10 Points

CONDITIONS OF APPLICATION

 

Being an active student of the Faculty of Gagauz Language and History-Turkish Language and Literature of Comrat State University,

Not having a higher education degree; Senior students who are about to graduate cannot apply for the Erasmus+ Study Mobility program.

Preparatory class students who are not in a preparatory class cannot benefit from the Erasmus+ Student Mobility program before the start of the department's courses.

Having a GPA of at least 7.00 for undergraduate students and a GPA of at least 8.00 for postgraduate students. (If the minimum averages mentioned above are met, having a lower level course does not prevent a student from applying to the Erasmus program.)

Transcript not yet created at the application stage;

First year undergraduate students must have a final high school grade of at least 7/10;

First-year graduate students must have a final high school grade above a 7.00 on the previous grade they completed.

If a student has already benefited from a class at the current level of education, the total length of the new class must not exceed 12 months.
