Open classes were held in the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology at Comrat State University

At Comrat State University, at the Faculty of National Culture of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology, open classes were held, showcasing teaching mastery and professional knowledge exchange. The professional pedagogical expertise of an educator, as a result of long-term creative work, is expressed in the ability to effectively address educational objectives, supported by the presentation of methodological experience and strengthened through the exchange of professional practices in open classes. As part of the Quality Management Activity Plan and the Schedule of Open Classes, lecturers from the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology conducted lectures and seminars during the first semester of the 2024-2025 academic year.

  • October 10, 2024 — A seminar on the discipline "Psychology of Management" with the topic "Methods of Psychology in Management," conducted by Assoc. Prof., PhD Liudmila Chior;
  • October 22, 2024 — A lecture on the discipline "Pedagogy" with the topic "Diagnostics of Learning and Competency," conducted by Assoc. Prof., PhD
  • Maria Ianioglo;
  • October 25, 2024 — A seminar on the discipline "Didactics of Russian Language and Literature (1)" with the topic "Methodology for Working with Works of Various Genres," conducted by Assist. Lect. Irina Beanova;
  • October 26, 2024 — A lecture on the discipline "Career Guidance and Professional Development" with the topic "Modeling the Organization of Teacher Certification Procedures," conducted by Assoc. Prof., PhD Oxana Curteva.

Summing up the open classes, it was noted that the topics and content corresponded to the curriculum of the disciplines, and the teachers employed a variety of pedagogical technologies and methods, which contributed to achieving the lesson objectives and optimizing time allocation. The use of information technology enhanced traditional teaching methods and allowed for effective assessment of students' knowledge. The open classes confirmed that this format of work is a specialized methodological demonstration, where the teacher presents their innovative approaches, methodological ideas, and teaching methods to colleagues. The results of these activities were presented at the department meeting, strengthening methodological and professional support within the team.
