On December 30, 2024, the final conference on the outcomes of the professional internship for second-cycle Master's students specializing in "Educational Management" took place.
The purpose of this internship was to consolidate students' theoretical knowledge of management fundamentals, reinforce it, familiarize them with regulatory and legal documents, study the organizational and managerial structure of educational institutions, and gain practical experience working in a pedagogical team.
During the professional internship, the following tasks were accomplished:
- Application of theoretical knowledge gained during university studies in practice;
- Familiarization with the educational institution, its internal structure, operations, and management methods;
- Implementation of pedagogical design of the educational environment and methodological work;
- Acquisition of skills for building the organizational management structure of an educational institution;
- Assessment of the effectiveness of modern management methods in solving the strategic tasks of the institution.
The detailed reports presented at the final conference reflected the planned activities of the students in the educational institution, and the high grades confirmed the successful completion of the professional internship. In their reports, students highlighted that completing a professional internship at their workplace enhances their critical self-analysis abilities, increases their responsibility in decision-making, and develops key competencies in strategic planning and the organization of administrative work in the field of education.
