The final classes were held with the students of the II cycle of Comrat State University, specialization "Educational Management" in the discipline Tehnologii pedagogice inovaționale

The students of the IInd cycle - group MOM-24 (specialty “Educational Management”) had their final lessons in the discipline Tehnologii pedagogice inovaționale/Innovative Pedagogical Technologies. The peculiarity of these seminar classes is that their structure was built in accordance with the pedagogical technology of blended learning (the “Station Rotation” model). The purpose of the classes is to test one of the educational technologies in the classroom, identifying the advantages and disadvantages of organizing a certain educational process.

According to this educational model, students were divided into three groups (stations) based on the data obtained during the mini test through the Plickers digital resource. One of the groups started working at the “station of interaction with the teacher” - Face to Face (a mini-lecture with a presentation by the lecturer and filling out a Worksheet with tasks), while the second group at the “Online Work Station” completed interactive tasks on computers (answering questions on video: the Jouteca resource and solving problems in the LearningApps resource), the third group completed a joint project task at the “Project Activity” station (solving cases, discussing a problematic issue and designing it using the graphic organizer Graph T).

At the end of the work, the groups changed stations in such a way that finally, each group completed the tasks at each of the stations. Moving from station to station, the students were guided by the Route Sheets, which also contained reflective tasks.

This way of organizing lectures and seminars involves changing the positions of the subjects of the educational process and the role of information and communication technologies. Such repeated practice of the educational material in different forms of organization contributes to its deeper assimilation, and thus to the creation of a “situation of success” and, as a consequence, to the strengthening of educational motivation. Students become more active, learn to work both autonomously and together.
