In accordance with the curriculum of the specialty 0113.1/0112.1 "Pedagogy of Primary Education. Preschool Pedagogy," students of group NDP-24 were sent for a two-week introductory pedagogical practice at general educational institutions of the ATU Gagauzia from February 3 to February 16, 2025. During the practice, students were assigned to classes taught by experienced teachers and class supervisors with extensive pedagogical experience, capable of teaching students to apply the theoretical knowledge gained during their studies in practice. Before the practice began, an introductory conference was held, during which students were familiarized with the practice order, the main goal, objectives of the introductory practice, the rights and duties of student interns, the list of tasks to be completed, as well as the requirements for the content and formatting of the report documentation. At the final conference, which took place on February 26, 2025, each student presented a portfolio reflecting all aspects of their activities during the practice. According to the feedback from the practice supervisors from educational institutions, students demonstrated a good knowledge of theoretical material in the field of pedagogy and psychology, showed a high degree of activity, a creative approach to work, and a lively interest in pedagogical activity. Thus, it should be noted that the introductory practice is an essential element, an active form of preparing students for their future professional activity. It allows students to confirm the correctness of their professional choice, gives them an opportunity to assess their abilities in their chosen profession, and helps them learn to see themselves in the role of a future specialist.
