On February 15, 2025, as part of the implementation of the Research Activity Plan of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology, a round table was held on the topic "Organization of Research and Project Activities of Students in Pedagogical Specialties." The event was organized by the department's faculty members: Lect., PhD and Liubovi Tcaci, Assoc. Prof., PhD, Oxana Curteva, in collaboration with second-cycle students (groups MOM-24 and MNO-24). The discussion platform aimed to exchange experiences and discuss relevant issues in the methodology of organizing research activities. In her report, Liubovi Tcaci highlighted the theoretical and methodological aspects of organizing research activities and emphasized the development of research culture among future educators. Oxana Curteva discussed the practical aspects of students' academic and research activities and the application of innovative pedagogical technologies. Research conducted by students and faculty members was also presented. Assist. Lect. Galina Levinti, presented the results of a survey of parents on gadgets for preschool children, covering three districts of the Gagauzia Autonomous Territorial Unit (ATU). Students studied the methodology of surveys and data interpretation. As part of the round table, a mini-study was conducted to determine the creative potential of participants. Master's students from group MNO-24, Tatiana Dudoglo and Olga Kambur, presented a report on the development of imagination in children. Master's student Elena Dragu (MOM-24) shared her experience in revealing preschoolers' creative potential through non-traditional drawing techniques. Student Valentina Yasabash (MNO-24) presented a study on the impact of fairy tales on children's speech development, while Anna Urum (MOM-24) analyzed the specifics of experimentation as a form of cognitive and research activity. Vitaliy Konstantinov (MOM-24) highlighted the application of project-based learning in Russian language education within the gymnasium cycle. The event concluded with a discussion on master's thesis topics and a reflection session, emphasizing the need for integrating scientific methods into educators' practical activities. The event contributed to the expansion of students' professional competencies and the development of scientific collaboration in the educational environment.
