On November 3 and 7, 2025, Dr. Nadejna Ianioglo, Associate Professor of the Department of Economics at Comrat State University, served as a member of the commission evaluating the open lecturers conducted by the faculty of Svetlîi Agricultural Technical College as part of the process of enhancing their pedagogical category.

During the visits, the following lecturers presented their sessions:

Olga Synko — “Accounting for Accrued Liabilities” in the discipline “Financial Accounting”;

Liudmila Pulukchi — “Entrepreneurship in Competitive Markets” in the discipline “Microeconomics”;

Valentina Sybiy — “Conflict Management” in the discipline “Management”.

The lecturers demonstrated modern teaching methods, including interactive learning formats, practical case studies, group work, discussions, and even sessions in the form of a quest, where students completed tasks sequentially, solving real professional challenges. Special attention was paid to developing students’ analytical, managerial, and entrepreneurial skills, as well as their ability to apply theoretical knowledge in practice according to their future profession.

The open lecturers reflected the high level of mastery of the college instructors, who efficiently use modern interactive and practice-oriented methods to improve their teaching activities.

Attending the open lecturers allowed not only an assessment of the professional competencies of the college instructors but also provided valuable experience for exchanging methodological approaches and ideas that can be applied in the university’s teaching practice. Such meetings contribute to the development of pedagogical expertise, the implementation of modern educational methods, and the strengthening of cooperation between educational institutions.
