On November 20, 2025, students of group EUP-24, majoring in Business Management at the Department of Economics of Comrat State University (CSU), participated in a field practical session at the SRL “Milina” bakery as part of the Production Management course.
During the practical session, students became familiar with the enterprise’s structure, the organization of the production process, the technological flow for producing various types of bakery products, as well as the production facilities and modern technological equipment. Special attention was given to the quality control system for raw materials and finished products.
The enterprise manager, Camilciu Semen, gave a detailed presentation on modern production systems, management standards, logistics, baking technologies, and the specifics of the enterprise’s operations in a dynamic market environment. Students actively asked questions about financial results, competitive advantages, and the prospects for enterprise development.
Such practical sessions contribute to strengthening the connection between theory and practice, developing analytical thinking, understanding the principles of operational and production management, and forming professional competencies for future specialists in business and economics.
Comrat State University (CSU) expresses its gratitude to the administration of the “Milina” bakery for their cooperation, open professional communication, and contribution to the practical training of students.
